How to Get Your First Office 365 Payment on Your Next Phone, iPad, or Mac

With a few clicks, you can make payments on all your devices and receive all your data, without paying anything to the company.

The steps you need to follow are listed below, but don’t worry, we’ll show you step-by-step steps for each device and platform.

1.

Find your Office 365 account The first step is to set up your Office365 account.

Open the Office 365 app, scroll down to your Account tab, and tap on your username and password.

Once you have your username, password, and billing information, you’ll be directed to your billing account.

You can then choose to sign up for an Office 365 subscription.

You’ll also need to sign into your Office account and download the latest version of Office.

If you haven’t already, sign up on your Office mobile app.

The Office 365 website will be displayed for you, and you can check your account status and set reminders to see when your billing payments are due.

Download and install the free Office 365 Mobile App  (Free Trial, $3.99/mo.

for 12 months)  The free Office365 Mobile App is a free application that can be downloaded from the App Store.

Once downloaded, it’s time to go get started. 

Once you’ve downloaded the app, open it up and click on the ‘Settings’ menu.

Select the ‘Mobile’ option, then tap ‘Get Started’.

Get a free Office Mobile app account  This is the most basic step, but it’ll get you started quickly.

Follow the steps above to set your Office Mobile account up and get started with your free Office mobile account.

If your account isn’t set up, it will ask for your name, email, and password, but you’ll get the basic info that you need when signing up for a new subscription.

Pay with your smartphone Your phone or tablet can be used to pay with your Office email account or Office Mobile payment. 

If you’re not using a phone, a tablet is ideal, as it has a larger screen that’s easier to read.

If using a tablet, choose the ‘Pay With Your Tablet’ option from the Payment tab on your Account page.

Select your payment method and the Office Mobile Payment app will be installed.

The app is free to use, but if you choose to pay for a subscription, you need a credit card.

Once it’s installed, tap on the link to ‘Get Paid’ to start receiving your payments.

Start receiving your Office Online Payments Once your account has been set up for Office 365, you’re ready to start making your monthly payments with your mobile payment app.

To begin, you must first sign into the app and enter your email address and password to get started, then you’ll need to download and install a new Office 365 mobile app account.

Once the app is installed, you should see the Office Online Payment app available.

If not, you will need to go to the billing section of the app to get your billing information.

Once this is done, tap ‘Settings’.

From there, you might be asked to ‘Select My Payment Method’, ‘Sign In’, and ‘Confirm Account’.

Once you’re logged in, tap the ‘Login’ link.

This will prompt you to enter your credit card information.

If it doesn’t work, try another email address.

Once your credit is confirmed, you have the option to choose a payment method.

Choose one of the options available and then tap on ‘Pay’.

Pay your monthly Office Mobile payments Once you have successfully completed the setup, you now need to pay your monthly subscription fees to Office 365.

To pay your bill, you just need to select the monthly payment option from your Payment tab.

Select ‘Sign Up’ from the Payments tab and follow the on-screen prompts to pay the bill.

Start sending Office Online payments again Once all your monthly subscriptions have been paid, you are ready to send your payments to Office Online.

Select one of Office 365’s payment methods, then select the payment method that you want to send.

Choose the payment option that you wish to send to Office Mobile and follow on-Screen prompts to receive your payments in your account.

8.

Start making monthly payments again With your payments on track, you want them to be as seamless as possible so you can start sending your monthly bill again.

To do this, select one of your monthly payment options and select ‘Send Monthly Payment’.

Select your monthly billing method and your payments will be sent to the new Office Mobile email account, and your monthly bills will be in your billing history.
